Je cherche un.e coloc pour partager mon appart à Grenoble, dans un super spot avec une terrasse énorme, une bonne ambiance et surtout zéro prise de tête.
L'appart (non meublé mais déjà bien équipé) :
? 2 chambres (la tienne est à meubler)
? Grand salon déjà meublé
? Cuisine avec plaques à induction, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle
? Pas de frigo pour l'instant, donc soit t'en as un, soit on s'arrange
? Salle de bain avec baignoire + machine à laver
? Grande terrasse : chill, apéros, brunch, bronzette, tu vois l'ambiance
? Garage voiture + 2 garages à vélo
? tout compris (loyer, eau, élec, internet, assurance)
L'adresse :
Quai de la Graille, à 2 min du C1 arrêt Arago, super pratique pour bouger en ville ou prendre l'autoroute.
Moi :
J'ai 22 ans, je suis positive, sociable, propre, j'aime cuisiner, de la musique en cuisinant, rigoler, faire des petits before à l'appart avant d'aller en bar.
J'ai besoin de vivre avec quelqu'un de respectueux, propre. Si t'es du genre à vouloir juste un lit sans jamais dire bonjour, c'est non.
Mais si t'as une vibe cool, qu'on peut parler de tout (et de rien), partager des bons moments et aussi kiffer nos temps solo, tu es au bon endroit.
