Vous pouvez utiliser notre cuisine, place dans le frigo, congélateur, placards.
Nous avons dans la maison notre fils 17 ans et un chat.
The room is on the ground floor of our house, in a very quiet neighborhoud, close from numerous grocery stores and french bakery.
It is very well deserved by numerous bus lines (23, 10, 11, C1, C2) and tram (line 1) which will bring you to the main universities, Audencia, railway station, etc. It is also possible to store a bike in our garage or rent a bike from the city (station at 5 minutes). Car parking is easy and free in the street.
The room has its own shower and sink. Your toilets are just next to the room. There is a single bed, desk, drawers, bookshelves, seat and closet, pillow and duvet.
You can use our kitchen, you have some room in the fridge, freezer and cupboard.
If you prefer, you can have full service for an extra price (+350 €): 5 evening meals and 7 breakfast per week, cleaning of the room and laundry of your clothes and linens done, sheets and towels furnished.

We speak fluently English.
